Job summary

Körber Pharma in Fargo, ND is seeking a technically skilled professional to deliver 1st and 2nd level product and technical support across our portfolio. You will troubleshoot, document, and escalate issues, while coordinating with sister companies and third parties on installations and retrofits.

The role requires 5–7 years in manufacturing/automation, packaging experience a plus, CRM/Salesforce familiarity, and strong communication. Travel to domestic/international sites may be expected.

Qualifications

• Vocational or Associate’s degree in a technical field.
• 5 to 7 years of applicable technical/application experience in manufacturing and automation equipment.
• Experience with packaging in the packaging industry; pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
• Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent customer services/technical support skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Mathematical competence.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Understanding parts processing.
• Ability to plan and schedule.
• Knowledge of lifecycle management.
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook; Salesforce and ERP systems a plus.
• German language knowledge a benefit.
• Willing to travel occasionally both domestic and international.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level product and technical support on all inquiries via ticketing system, e-mail, or telephone.
• Execute process improvement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
• Document, elevate, and resolve issues in the ticket system.
• Serve as liaison between Körber Pharma sister companies and third-party companies on machine installation or technical issues.
• Assist project management with planning and coordination of commissioning of new projects and retrofits.
• Provide support for legacy part inquiries.
• Prepare spare parts packages and documentation such as maintenance contracts, maintenance schedules, or technical manuals.
• Provide technical advice or organizational support to field service engineers.
• Provide field support to customers; travel occasionally.
• Support management and cross-functional teams on other duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Show eagerness to learn and a positive attitude daily.
• Work on special projects as needed.
