Job summary

Altera Digital Health Inc. seeks an Executive Vice President of Cloud Services to lead vision, growth, and operational excellence with full P&L ownership for the Cloud portfolio. This strategic role drives revenue, profitability, and client value while shaping a world-class cloud organization.

You will mentor a global team, partner with sales and product, and report to the senior leadership on performance and initiatives, ensuring secure, reliable service delivery and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT or Healthcare IT.
• 7+ years of progressive executive leadership with P&L responsibility for cloud/services.
• Proven success building and scaling high-performing technical and service delivery teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen with strategy execution.

Responsibilities

• Assume full P&L responsibility for the Cloud Services division, driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global team responsible for cloud operations, service delivery, and client support.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Cloud services portfolio aligned with market demands.
• Sponsor key client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery and long-term partnerships.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and scalable processes for secure, reliable service delivery.
• Partner with sales and product teams to position and support offerings throughout the client lifecycle.
• Provide executive-level reporting on service performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field

MBA (preferred)
