Job summary

Coalfire is seeking a Director of Cloud Services to lead client-facing cloud engineering engagements, shaping scopes and guiding delivery across the portfolio. The role emphasizes governance, training, and scalable operating models while maintaining strong technical fluency.

You'll partner with Sales, Advisory, Security, and other teams to translate client needs into executable plans, drive GTM initiatives, and advance risk management, quality, and outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cloud engineering or security engineering teams.
• Strong ability to translate client needs into actionable delivery plans.
• Proven track record in managing complex engagements and delivering outcomes.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior client-facing leader across cloud engineering engagements and governance.
• Own engagement momentum, scope, milestones, risks and client satisfaction.
• Lead escalation management with professionalism and a focus on long-term relationships.
• Develop and enforce engineering standards, architecture reviews, and operational readiness.
• Partner with Sales and pre-sales to shape cloud services approaches and SOWs.
• Drive GTM initiatives, customer success metrics, and continuous improvement.
