Job summary

TP is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our Business Development team. You will be the first point of contact for businesses across EMEA, sourcing new opportunities and guiding prospects toward the right cloud security solutions via outbound calls and emails.

You will profile potential customers, understand their needs, map them to TP offerings, and drive growth through direct outreach while maintaining CRM data and hitting quarterly metrics as part of a collaborative sales team.

Responsibilities

• Hit quarterly performance metrics and daily/weekly activity targets.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify high potential prospects.
• Execute outbound prospecting to source, contact, and engage prospective customers.
• Educate customers on what we have to offer.
• Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails (mostly cold calling), contact C-level decision makers, build rapport and assess needs.
• Understand prospects’ pain points, gather technical requirements, correlate business needs to available Cloud solutions and build value for next steps.
• Update and maintain prospect and customer data in CRM; manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities and activities.
