Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive customer adoption and successful use of the Wiz platform. You will provide strategic and technical guidance from onboarding to renewal, coordinating across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Support to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, lead deployment and operationalization, and monitor industry threats to continuously expand product expertise and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles for cloud/cloud-security products.
• Experience with at least one CSP (AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI).
• Familiar with Docker or Kubernetes and security considerations.
• Familiar with DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, and version control.
• Familiar with Linux and Windows OS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Be a Wiz Product and Cloud Security Expert for your customers.
• Lead deployment, configuration, and operationalization of Wiz.
• Serve as primary technical contact via email, meetings, Slack, and support tickets.
• Monitor cloud security threats and expand domain expertise.
• Drive adoption, value realization, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop success plans with measurable goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Support.
• Prepare exec briefings and QBRs.
