Job summary

Wiz is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to plan and execute strategies that boost customer adoption of the Wiz platform, providing strategic and technical guidance from onboarding to renewal and expansion.

You will act as the bridge between customers and Wiz, coordinating with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Support to deliver a cohesive experience and drive measurable security value.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in technical customer-facing roles, cloud/security product experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to navigate evolving TAM duties and refine processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor for Wiz customers.
• Guide deployment, configuration, and operationalization of Wiz.
• Be the primary technical contact for your customer book via email, meetings, Slack, and tickets.
• Monitor cloud security news to grow domain expertise.
• Drive adoption, measurable value, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop success plans aligned to security/compliance goals.
• Coordinate with Product/Engineering to address feature requests and blockers.
• Support renewals and expansions in partnership with sales and renewals teams.
• Mentor junior TAMs and contribute to scaling the TAM organization.
