Job summary

The Antwi Group is seeking an experienced Systems & Network Administrator to join the IT & Digital Systems Department. The role focuses on supporting, maintaining, securing, and troubleshooting our technology infrastructure across the organization.

Responsibilities include managing users, servers, networks, backups, cloud services, and security measures while documenting changes and maintaining compliance with policies. This is a full-time position in the Pocono area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
• Professional experience in systems administration, network administration, IT infrastructure, or a related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of computer operating systems and business technology.
• Experience administering user accounts and access permissions.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking and common network services.
• Experience troubleshooting network and system problems.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery practices.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to handle privileged system access and confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain company computer systems, networks, and related technology infrastructure.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, servers, networking equipment, and approved business systems.
• Monitor system health, storage capacity, network performance, and critical services.
• Administer user accounts, groups, permissions, and access controls.
• Coordinate employee technology onboarding and offboarding with HR and IT management.
• Configure and maintain company email and collaboration accounts as assigned.
• Support identity and access-management procedures.
• Implement approved multi-factor authentication and account-security requirements.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems and approved business software.
• Coordinate software updates and security patching.
• Maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, wireless access points, and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance problems.
• Maintain appropriate network documentation and configuration records.
• Support company servers, storage systems, shared drives, and cloud platforms.
• Configure and monitor approved backup systems.
• Verify successful completion of critical backups.
• Participate in periodic restoration and recovery testing.
• Maintain system and configuration documentation.
• Troubleshoot employee hardware, software, network, and account problems.
• Escalate significant security, infrastructure, or service problems to IT & Digital Systems Department Manager.
• Support company websites and web infrastructure when systems-level assistance is required.
• Assist with DNS, hosting, SSL, server, and database troubleshooting when assigned.
• Support IT equipment inventory and asset-management procedures.
• Assist with evaluating and deploying new technology.
• Coordinate with approved technology vendors and service providers.
• Document technical incidents, solutions, changes, and system configurations.
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality regarding company systems, credentials, and data.
