Job summary

Wiz is hiring a Solutions Support Engineer to join a global team delivering outstanding technical support for cloud and AI security solutions. The role involves debugging, networking, system administration, updating docs, and creating scalable solutions through coding and scripting.

You will own and resolve customer issues, collaborate with product and engineering, participate in on-call coverage, and contribute to automating support processes while expanding your technical horizons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a technical customer support or related role.
• 1+ year experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience reading or debugging code (Java, Python, Shell, JavaScript, JSON).
• Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support for the Wiz product.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using collaboration and best practices.
• Identify cases requiring escalation to product or engineering.
• Create and coordinate incident management requests.
• Design solutions to scale support via automation.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekends.
