Job summary

Hidden Jobs is hiring its first dedicated Cloud Security Engineer to build the cloud security program from scratch, focusing on AWS posture, IaC guardrails, and AI security, in a fully remote Poland-based role. You'll partner with DevOps and R&D to shape security tooling and delivery pipelines.

You will own the security of AWS environments, implement Terraform/Kubernetes controls, embed security into CI/CD, and guide teams with clear security guidance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in cloud/infrastructure and information security
• Production AWS experience with IAM, networking, encryption, logging
• Hands-on Terraform and Kubernetes/ECS
• Experience building security tooling from scratch
• Fluent English; Polish at C1
• Based in Poland with CET availability

Responsibilities

• Own AWS security posture: IAM, network boundaries, encryption, key management
• Implement IaC guardrails and Terraform modules
• Deploy CNAPP/CSPM, workload protection, logging and detection
• Embed SAST, SCA, secrets, IaC, and container scanning into CI/CD
• Advise on AI safety with data flows and R&D collaboration
• Be the technical reference for cloud security across teams
