Job summary

PNC is seeking a Security Engineer within its Cloud Security team to build and deploy security controls for Azure and AWS workloads, leveraging CSPM tools and integrating with SAC and CI/CD pipelines.

You will work closely with Cloud Architects and the SOC, help shift security to left in cloud infrastructure, and mentor junior team members while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud security engineering experience.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure in an enterprise setting.
• Proficient in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Build and test security controls for Azure and AWS resources.
• Automate security deployment in CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Cloud Architects, SOC, and product/IAAC teams to shift security left.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in roadmap planning.
