Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to join our Cybersecurity Engineering team. The role focuses on defining control requirements, risk identification, and remediation in a global multi-cloud environment (AWS, Azure, M365) with a strong partnership with Infrastructure and Applications teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Cybersecurity required.
• Strong understanding of cloud security concepts including IAM and network security.
• Experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Cloud Security Posture management (CSPM).
• Utilize CSPM tools to identify misconfigurations and vulnerabilities.
• Define remediation requirements and track closure with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and deliver reporting on cloud security posture to leadership.
• Partner with Security Architecture to translate standards into control requirements.
