NetApp seeks a highly experienced Vice President of Product for Cloud to own the long-term vision and execution for first-party cloud offerings, shaping cloud strategy for storage and AI, and collaborating with hyperscaler leaders to drive growth.

You will lead a global product organization, drive category-leading cloud services, and transform emerging cloud capabilities into valued products customers love.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technical product management with 10+ years leading enterprise/platform PM teams.
• Experience building high-scale cloud-native products.
• Proficiency in building and operating cloud services PnL.
• Experience leading a large organization with revenue and market-share growth.
• Strong customer discovery with ambiguity-to-clarity translation.
• Storage tech familiarity is advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Servant leadership with authentic, coaching style.
• Up-to-date with hyperscalers and AI trends for innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic product leadership for NetApp's first-party cloud services, defining vision and execution to build category-leading cloud businesses.
• Build and scale customer-centric products delivering sustained revenue growth.
• Own the complete product lifecycle from market opportunities to scaling services.
• Drive product innovation by understanding workloads, cloud architectures, and hyperscaler capabilities.
• Collaborate with hyperscaler product/engineering to influence platform direction and opportunities.
• Identify growth vectors and expand into adjacent markets with durable advantage.
• Lead multiple engineering teams to ensure high quality and cloud-scale reliability.
• Recruit and develop a world-class product organization with ownership and accountability.
