Job summary

NetApp seeks a Chief Product Officer to set the direction for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio across data infrastructure, storage, cloud, and AI. The role partners with Product leadership to sharpen priorities, balance build/buy/partner decisions, and convert signals into concrete bets that drive growth.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in product and corporate strategy within enterprise tech.
Proven track record shaping portfolio strategy and investment decisions.
Experience leading inorganic growth initiatives, including acquisitions.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategy partner to the CPO, translating portfolio direction into investment bets.
Expose gaps, overlaps, and white space to maximize revenue and margin.
Shape investment priorities with leadership using cost, ROI, and models.
Own upstream corporate development agenda, from thesis to business case.
Lead integration of acquired businesses with roadmap alignment and ROI realization.
