Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. seeks a Cloud Operations Engineer to manage production cloud infrastructure across the Verint product portfolio. You will troubleshoot incidents, provision environments, and collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services to drive reliability and continuous improvement.

The role involves deploying across AWS/Azure/GCP, Windows and Linux platforms, and maintaining security and PCI considerations as part of a distributed global team providing 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• 3 years in Cloud Operations and Systems Administration with cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years experience managing Windows and Linux solutions.
• 3 years experience with WebLogic and Tomcat in /Web-based environments.
• 2 years experience working in ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change).

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain production environment infrastructure across the Verint portfolio in the Cloud.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Cloud Infrastructure.
• Upgrade and modify infrastructure to support client needs and security.
• Provision new environments and collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services.
• Lead or support major platform upgrades and security initiatives.
