Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Product Owner in the United States to maximize value across Product Engineering and R&D technology solutions. You will lead product delivery, set priorities, and align business needs with engineering outcomes.

You will manage a team of Product Owners, analysts, and engineers, partner with business leaders, and drive modernization and secure software development practices across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years in IT, Engineering Systems, PM, BRM, or program management.
• Minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Product Engineering and R&D solutions.
• Lead product lifecycle activities from ideation through deployment and ongoing support.
• Guide Agile delivery teams to execute roadmap priorities and deliver business outcomes.
• Balance new functionality with technical debt reduction, system stability, and cybersecurity.
• Drive adoption of Agile, Lean, Scrum, and DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate with leaders to define requirements, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Develop customer personas and user journeys and communicate priorities and risks to stakeholders.
• Oversee modernization of legacy applications and data governance.
