Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking an IT Specialist - Cloud to lead the secure enclave operations supporting U.S. government and defense programs. The role covers Azure Government, M365 GCCH, identity, network and end-user computing, with ownership of stability, security and compliance.

You will oversee MSP governance, lead teams, manage budgets and drive compliant operations across on-prem and cloud services, ensuring NOFORN and ITAR requirements are met across the EFE ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum ten IT system delivery, software delivery and/or IT infrastructure management.
• Prior IT vendor management and/or 3rd party managed services experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• ITAR: U.S. persons for ITAR; U.S. Citizen or eligible status.
• No relocation assistance; 50-mile radius requirement; Active-Duty Military exempt.
• Preferred: Azure Gov, OCI Gov, M365 GCCH, NIST/FedRAMP/CMMC, End-User Computing, Software Packaging, Systems Hardening, Cloud Security Platforms (Defender, Crowdstrike), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

Responsibilities

• Operational ownership: Ensure day-to-day stability, availability and security of EFE services (Azure Gov, M365 GCCH, identity, network, end-user computing).
• Managed service governance: Oversee MSP against RACI, SOW and SLAs; run service reviews and manage contract changes with Sourcing.
• Team leadership: Lead and develop Eaton staff supporting the enclave; plan backfill and cross-training.
• Compliance sustainment: Work with GRC and Cybersecurity to keep CMMC/NIST controls effective, evidence current and certification ready.
• Onshore/offshore and access controls: Ensure support models, admin access and staffing meet program restrictions such as NOFORN and citizenship-based access.
• Budget and cost model: Build and manage the EFE sustainment budget with Finance; maintain a scalable cost model.
• Capacity and growth planning: Forecast demand from user growth, plant rollouts and contracts; translate into resourcing plans.
• Incident and change management: Own incident response coordination, change control and escalations; brief leadership on risks.
• Governance and reporting: Report operational metrics, compliance status, risks and spending to IT and Aerospace leadership.
