Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a seasoned DevOps/Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated CD pipelines across multiple Linux environments, enabling full automation of deployment processes.

You will onboard and train developers on source control, CI, testing, and deployment, promote DevOps across environments, and troubleshoot CI/CD issues, with AWS, Ansible, Jenkins, and Terraform expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Professional cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, OCI, or Google Cloud.
• Architect level certification a plus.
• 12 years of IT experience with cloud engineering.
• 5 years cloud engineering with vendor platforms.
• 5 years debugging Windows or Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads and implements configurations to meet program and customer needs.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams for deployment and cloud services to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Provides oversight and consultation on cloud strategies and leads cloud projects.
• Serves as a SME in cloud solutions and provides engineering support.
• Plans migration and leads infrastructure deployments.
• Trains team on IaC, CI/CD, architecture reviews, to standardize cloud infrastructure.
• Translates high-level objectives into technical requirements.
• Validates operational requirements with project teams and client services groups.
