Job summary

UDR Consulting is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer in Charleston, West Virginia to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure. You will write IaC, build CI/CD pipelines, and optimize system monitoring to ensure reliability and performance.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, scripting, containers, and networking, and are comfortable with security and compliance requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cloud infrastructure administration experience.
• 3+ years with containerization and orchestration.
• 3+ years with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• 2+ years scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• 3+ years IaC with Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Write IaC to provision cloud resources using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or similar.
• Monitor platform health and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Enforce security controls and compliance standards.
