Job summary

UDR Consulting, INC is seeking a Cloud Security Professional to join our Charleston, WV team. You will build automated guardrails using IaC (Terraform), manage IAM and encryption, monitor threats via SIEM, and ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST.

The role requires 5+ years in Information Security with 3+ years in Cloud Security, plus hands-on cloud platform experience and DevSecOps integration. On-site opportunity with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Information Security with 3+ years in Cloud Security.
• 3+ years implementing IAM, encryption (KMS) and network security groups.
• 2+ years with cloud compliance frameworks (NIST, HIPAA, SOC2) and automated security auditing tools.
• Hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, GCP; Terraform, Python, Bash.
• Certifications such as CCSP or AWS Certified Security - Specialty.

Responsibilities

• Build automated security guardrails and IaC to prevent misconfigurations.
• Oversee IAM and secure authentication policies.
• Monitor threats by reviewing audit logs and SIEM alerts; respond to incidents.
• Ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks.
