Job summary

Community Federal Savings Bank (CFSB) seeks a senior technology leader to own the cloud strategy, platform engineering, and operating model. Reporting to the CIO/CTO, you’ll own the multi-year cloud roadmap and lead the team that builds and runs the bank’s cloud platform—landing zones, automation, networking, and controls.

This is a hands-on, regulated‑environment leadership role requiring ability to present investment cases to executives, review IaC changes, and provide evidence for exams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in technology infrastructure, platform, or cloud engineering.
• Experience leading in regulated environments (e.g., FFIEC/GLBA) preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year cloud strategy and migration roadmap.
• Translate strategy into executive-ready business cases and funding alignment.
• Define target architecture and guardrails with Enterprise Architecture.
• Lead cloud platform design, multi-account landing zones, and network architecture.
• Control CI/CD, DevOps tooling, and environment provisioning.
• Ensure availability, recovery objectives, and incident escalation.
• Own cloud security controls and regulatory compliance evidence.
• Engage in audits and produce remediation plans.
• Manage cloud budget and AWS relationships.
• Recruit and develop cloud engineers; mentor and set goals.
