Job summary

Community Federal Savings Bank (CFSB) seeks a VP, Head of Cloud Solutions to own cloud strategy, platform engineering, and the cloud operating model. You will lead a team of 5–8 cloud engineers, collaborate with Security, Risk, Compliance, and EA, and present to executives on investments and controls.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a regulated environment with hybrid work (2 days/wk in NYC metro) or fully remote in 23 states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in technology infrastructure with 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Ownership of a production cloud environment at enterprise scale.
• Experience in regulated industries with audits (FFIEC/GLBA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own cloud strategy, platform engineering, and cloud operating model.
• Lead multi-account landing zones, identity, networking, observability, and resilience.
• Define infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD as default provisioning.
• Manage cloud security controls, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead cloud budget and vendor relationships.
• Recruit, develop, and retain cloud engineers.
