Job summary

Serverfarm seeks a hands-on Platform Architect to design the foundation and code the first platform components. You will own the control plane, tenancy, and API-driven data model, shaping how data centers operate with AI-assisted tooling and scalable architecture.

You will partner with Product Management, Integrations and Developer Platform to deliver a production-grade platform across clouds, with OpenTelemetry observability and multi-cloud portability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of building back-end and platform systems.
• Experience delivering multi-tenant SaaS platforms on Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to define domain data models and API specifications.
• Strong hands-on coding with production-grade software.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the platform foundation including control plane and tenancy.
• Define data model evolution and publish API specifications.
• Tune retrieval and query performance at telemetry scale.
• Lead engineers and set architectural direction.
