Job summary

Corporate Technologies seeks a Cloud and Systems Administrator to oversee administration, security, reliability, and modernization of CT’s Microsoft-based infrastructure in a hybrid environment. The role focuses on Entra ID, Intune, Defender XDR, and automation to support a cloud-first trajectory.

You will collaborate with network, business apps, and database teams to ensure availability, scalability, and security across on-prem and cloud services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud and Systems Admin role.
• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT or equivalent Microsoft-focused experience.
• Proactive, energetic approach and strong communication.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Support Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and GPO in a hybrid setup.
• Administer enterprise applications, permissions, SSO, integrations, and vendor escalations.
• Expand Intune for endpoints, configuration, and Windows Autopilot.
• Move from traditional AD toward Entra ID and bolster security with CA/MFA/passwordless.
• Implement Defender XDR/Defender for Endpoint and related security tech.
• Improve uptime, monitoring, redundancy, backup, and recovery.
• Automate admin tasks with PowerShell, Graph API, and related tools.
• Collaborate with network, app, and database teams to ensure availability.
• Lead Windows infrastructure refresh and mentor Service Desk staff.
