Job summary

Infinite Tek Inc. seeks an experienced Microsoft Intune and Entra ID Conditional Access Engineer to design, implement, and optimize CA policies across enterprise apps and devices.

You will work hands-on with Intune, Entra ID, and MFA, troubleshooting policy rollouts and ensuring secure access for managed and BYOD devices. The role requires deep expertise in device compliance, identity security, and Microsoft 365 security integrations, with strong collaboration across security, IT, and help desk

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT infrastructure, endpoint management, or identity/security domains.
• 3+ years implementing and troubleshooting Entra ID Conditional Access Policies.
• Strong experience with Intune in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot Entra ID Conditional Access Policies.
• Configure policies based on user groups, device compliance, location, and sign-in risk.
• Manage MFA, authentication strengths, and risk-based access controls.
• Integrate Conditional Access with Intune device compliance policies.
• Troubleshoot CA failures using sign-in logs, policy evaluation details, and what-if analyses.
• Support managed, unmanaged, and BYOD device access.
• Oversee secure access for Microsoft 365 and enterprise apps.
• Collaborate with security, infra, identity, and helpdesk teams.
