Job summary

LangChain is seeking a Senior Partner Engineer to drive co-sell with cloud hyperscalers and enable SI partners globally. You will architect reference solutions, build certification tracks, and act as a technical evangelist with partner teams.

A strong background in LangChain frameworks and Python is required. You will collaborate across partnerships, engineering, and sales to ensure scalable enablement and repeatable reference architectures, helping LangChain expand its ecosystem and customer

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical, partner- or customer-facing roles such as Partner Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer.
• Experience building enablement programs (certifications, workshops, playbooks) for partners.
• Comfort operating across engineering, partnerships, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Build reference architectures and integration patterns for co-sell with cloud providers.
• Run partner enablement programs including certification workshops and guides.
• Act as technical evangelist with SI centers of excellence to enable autonomous agentic AI deployments.
• Maintain joint business plans and reference assets with strategic services partners.
• Represent LangChain at partner events and gather field feedback for product teams.
