Job summary

LangChain in San Francisco seeks a Partner Engineer / Solutions Architect to scale cloud co-sell, SI enablement, and partner evangelism. You will lead reference architectures and enablement programs with cloud providers like GCP and Azure, and coordinate with GSIs to extend LangChain capabilities across client projects.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in partner-facing technical roles, strong Python knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to executives.

Qualifications

• Track record of partnering with systems integrators, cloud providers, or technology and ISV partners to solve complex technical problems, from initial solution design through delivery.
• Experience building enablement programs, such as certifications, workshops, or delivery playbooks, that let a partner's technical team operate independently instead of depending on you for every deal.
• Comfortable operating across engineering, partnerships, and sales at the same time.
• Strong presentation and technical communication skills, able to translate between technical and business stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Cloud Partner Engineering (GCP, Azure): Build reference architectures and integration patterns that support co-sell; keep assets current as LangChain evolves.
• Systems Integrator and GSI Enablement: Build partner enablement programs, certification workshops, and reference architectures with CoEs; run certification programs regionally.
• Partner Technical Evangelism and Feedback: Serve as technical escalation point; represent LangChain at partner events; collect and route partner feedback to product/engineering.
