Job summary

LangChain in the United States is seeking a Senior Partner Engineer to develop and scale our partner enablement and SI programs. You will build reference architectures, enablement content, and co-sell motions with cloud providers and GSIs, helping partners deliver LangChain-based solutions.

You will work across engineering, partnerships, and sales, evangelizing our platform, and guiding partner teams from certification through delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical, partner-facing or customer-facing role such as Partner Engineer or Solutions Architect.
• Experience building enablement programs (certifications, workshops, or delivery playbooks).
• Strong Python skills and cloud integration experience.
• Ability to operate across engineering, partnerships, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Build reference architectures and integration patterns for co-sell, from marketplace listings to joint solution briefs.
• Develop enablement content and run partner certification programs.
• Run regional partner certification workshops and projects with SI CoEs.
• Collaborate with ISV and SI partners to create repeatable joint solutions.
• Evangelize LangChain with partner client teams and translate feedback to product teams.
