Job summary

LangChain, Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Engineer to accelerate partner adoption and co-sell with cloud hyperscalers.

You will craft reference architectures, run enablement programs, and drive joint solutions with systems integrators while engaging with partner client teams to articulate technical value. The role requires hands-on Python expertise, strong communication, and a track record of enabling partners to operate independently.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical, partner-facing or customer-facing roles.
• Experience building enablement programs (certifications, workshops).
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable working across engineering, partnerships, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Build reference architectures and integration patterns for co-sell with cloud providers.
• Lead partner enablement programs and certifications across regions.
• Develop joint solutions with SIs and GSIs and guide partner engineers.
• Act as technical evangelist with partner client account teams.
• Create scalable assets and reference architectures for future partners.
