Job summary

Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors is seeking a Manager, Cloud Operations in Detroit, Michigan. The ideal candidate will lead the design and optimization of cloud infrastructure, primarily in AWS, while also supporting Microsoft Azure. Responsibilities include managing cloud environments, guiding cloud strategy, and leading a team of engineers.

With at least 7 years of experience in cloud operations, proficiency in automation, and strong leadership skills, the candidate will ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud services.

Qualifications

• 7 years managing cloud operations with AWS.
• 3 years leading technical teams, providing coaching.
• Proficient in cloud security and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Azure-based systems in a hybrid cloud environment.
• Drive cloud modernization and migrations to AWS and Azure.
• Define and enforce cloud governance and security policies.
