PAX Technology, located in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Technical Manager for Cloud Operations to enhance the performance and security of its SaaS platforms. This role demands overseeing 24/7 operations while ensuring high service availability and leading automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on AWS operations experience, including team or project management.
• 1+ year of Kubernetes experience in a production environment.
• Solid knowledge of Nginx, MySQL, Redis, Kafka for configuration and tuning.

Responsibilities

• Drive the availability, scalability, security, and operational excellence of SaaS platforms.
• Oversee daily operations of AWS infrastructure and core systems for SaaS products.
• Implement and manage automation tools and CI/CD pipeline standards.
