Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or managed services, with 2+ years leading technical teams.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and fluent English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Cloud Administrators and Engineers providing 24x7 public cloud support.
• Manage escalations, major incidents, and business-critical events with cross-functional teams.
• Drive automation, process improvement, and operational scalability.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing technical talent.
• Conduct coaching, goal reviews, and performance discussions.
