Job summary

Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead cloud and data engineering initiatives in a hybrid role based in Missouri.

You will oversee DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment operations across AWS and Azure, including AKS, IoT hubs, Cosmos DB, and related services. This role demands 10+ years of experience, strong stakeholder management, and incident/change/escalation leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD in deployment operations.
• Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure and Azure services such as AKS, IoT, VMs, Azure DevOps, CDN, Storage, Traffic Manager, NSGs, Load Balancers, WAF, Ingress/Egress.
• Experience with deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of DevOps CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, Artifactory, Ansible).
• Drive Ops call and participate in stakeholder meetings; monitor and support service delivery to ensure procedures are followed.
• Engage and drive SRE practices with operational and product groups to align technology service delivery.
• Lead incident, change, and escalation processes with post-mortems/RCAs as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding of new applications with India Technical Team and review SLAs with customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive Ops calls and participate in stakeholder meetings (Scrum of Scrums, Deployment & Compliance Review).
• Monitor, control, and support service delivery; ensure procedures are followed.
• Engage and drive SRE practices with Ops and product groups.
• Act as escalation point for issues in Operations and coordinate with internal teams.
• Onboard new applications with India Technical Team and document requirements.
• Review SLAs with customers and drive service review meetings.
• Report progress on initiatives to stakeholders including senior executives.
• Promote knowledge sharing and training initiatives.
