Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc. seeks an IAA Production Support and Infrastructure Specialist to ensure stability, security, and operational readiness across cloud infrastructure, production applications, access management, and incident handling.

You will partner with development, infrastructure, InfoSec, accounting, and service desk teams to troubleshoot issues, manage AWS and server environments, and improve support processes for a regulated financial services platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production support and operations.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications in production environments with incident triage and stakeholder communications.
• Hands-on AWS infrastructure experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, VPCs).
• Linux (RHEL) administration including patching and basic troubleshooting.
• Security, access, and vulnerability management with MFA and Okta.
• Experience with ServiceNow, GitLab or Github, Azure DevOps for incident/workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support AWS environments across Dev, UAT, and Production (EC2, VPCs, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).
• Maintain and patch Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows servers; ensure environment readiness.
• Coordinate incident triage and resolution across multiple teams; document learnings.
