Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Chicago, IL invites an experienced IAA Production Support & Infrastructure Specialist for a 3-month, onsite role to stabilize and secure the IAA platform across cloud and on-prem environments.

You'll partner with development, infrastructure, InfoSec, accounting, and service desk teams to triage incidents, manage AWS resources, and improve processes, with a focus on production reliability and regulatory-friendly operations.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in production support and incident management across business-critical apps.
• Hands-on AWS cloud infrastructure experience with EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, VPCs, and certificate management.
• Strong Linux (RHEL) administration and patching with shell troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of security, access provisioning, MFA, Okta, and vulnerability remediation workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow, GitLab or GitHub, Azure DevOps for ticketing and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support AWS environments across Dev/UAT/Production.
• Monitor health with CloudWatch, alerts, ServiceNow notifications, and DevOps boards.
• Triage incidents and coordinate resolution across teams; document processes in ServiceNow.
