Job summary

VOLTO Consulting seeks an IAA Production Support & Infrastructure Specialist to administer AWS environments, patch servers, and manage incident response. You will oversee multi-region deployments, integration workflows, and certificate lifecycle across Dev, UAT, and Production.

You will collaborate with dev, infra, and security teams to ensure stable platform operations, monitor systems, and automate repetitive tasks while updating runbooks and documentation.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in production support and infrastructure.
• Experience administering AWS environments (EC2, VPC, S3) and Windows/Linux servers.
• Familiarity with Snowflake integration and multi-region AWS deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for the IAA platform across cloud and on-prem components.
• Monitor health and incidents using AWS CloudWatch, alerts, and ServiceNow notifications.
• Coordinate incident resolution with development, infra, and service desk teams.
• Manage access provisioning for internal and external users, including MFA setup and Okta workflows.
• Document actions, runbooks, and support procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Role Descriptions: Platform Operations Infrastructure Support

Administer and support AWS environments across Dev| UAT| and Production| including EC2| VPCs| Bastion hosts| S3| Lambda| CloudWatch| GitLab runners| and AWS Certificate Manager.

Maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows server components| including patching| package management| server reboots| vulnerability remediation| and environment readiness activities.

Support infrastructure planning for global expansion| including Snowflake integration| multi-region AWS deployments| and operational readiness for new platform capabilities. Application Support| Monitoring Incident Management

Provide production support for the IAA web reporting interface and related backend components| including SAP S4HANA| PostgreSQL| S3 storage| ETL pipelines| StepStream| and Bloomberg integrations.

Monitor application and infrastructure health using AWS CloudWatch| system email alerts| ServiceNow notifications| GitLab Service Desk| and Azure DevOps boards.

Triage incidents| coordinate resolution across development| infrastructure| accounting| and service desk teams| and support the transition of support processes into ServiceNow. Access Management| Security Compliance oManage onboarding and access provisioning for internal and external users| including user detail collection| client ID assignment| Okta enrollment| MFA setup| and coordination with InfoSec and Service Desk teams.

Essential Skills
