Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, automate, and support critical private cloud infrastructure. You will partner with application and technology teams to improve deployment, performance, availability, and resilience while mentoring other engineers.

You will lead incident resolution, implement IaC, and drive DevOps improvements, ensuring reliable, secure operations across the bank's tech stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 8+ years with VMware portfolio: VCF, SRM, vSAN, NSX, HCX.
• 5+ years Terraform IaC, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, GitHub Actions, containers.

Responsibilities

• Design and automate private cloud infrastructure and tech solutions.
• Manage incident and problem resolution; troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.
• Automate testing, config, release, and deployment with IaC and modern DevOps practices.
• Monitor capacity, availability, and performance; recommend improvements.
• Maintain inventories, diagrams, and documentation for operations.
