Job summary

• 10+ years in cloud operations or infra leadership; 5+ years in director role.
• Hands-on multi-cloud ops across AWS & Azure.
• Experience with SaaS availability across regions and data residency considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end cloud operations across portfolio; ensure uptime and performance.
• Lead availability incident management; present RCAs to stakeholders.
• Oversee IaC/CI-CD and traditional release management practices.
• Manage multi-region hosting costs; balance performance and cost.
