Foundant is seeking a senior leader to own end-to-end cloud operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability across our SaaS portfolio. You will drive incident triage, RCAs, and coordinate change management across IaC and traditional release environments, while optimizing hosting costs across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in cloud operations or infrastructure leadership.
• Deep hands-on expertise operating multi-cloud environments (AWS and Azure).
• Experience leading availability incident management and RCAs for production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end cloud operations across the portfolio, ensuring availability and performance.
• Lead availability incident management, triage, RCAs, and incident readouts for stakeholders.
• Oversee configuration and change management across IaC/CI-CD and traditional release environments.
• Manage cloud hosting costs across multi-region footprint and optimize spend.
• Build and lead a team of system administrators and SREs for operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Development, Security, and Support to ensure readiness and handoffs.
