ScaleOps is seeking an experienced infrastructure/ SRE leader to own the end-to-end stack, including our self-hosted product, onboarding flows, and the SaaS platform. You will manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure and ensure reliability.

You will work with customers on deployments, collaborate with backend, product, and R&D, and drive automation while maintaining security and compliance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in infra, platform engineering or SRE for high-scale systems.
• 2+ years leading software engineering initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Hands-on with at least two major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Responsabilidades

• Own infrastructure end-to-end — self-hosted product, onboarding flows, SaaS platform and AI infra.
• Manage cloud infra across AWS, GCP and Azure — networking, security, SSO and compute.
• Collaborate with customers on deployments and troubleshooting.
• Work with backend, product and R&D teams to deliver features reliably.
• Identify and eliminate toil through automation and tooling improvements.
• Maintain security and compliance best practices across the stack.
