TechDigital Group is seeking a Cloud Operations/NOC Engineer to monitor public cloud infrastructure, respond to real-time alerts, and troubleshoot issues in a high-availability SaaS environment.

The role requires Linux expertise, networking knowledge, and hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native tools. You will document incidents, contribute to playbooks, and participate in post-incident reviews to drive long-term improvements.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a NOC, cloud ops, or monitoring role.
  • Strong Linux and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, BGP).
  • Experience with Juniper and Arista equipment, basic config & troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration and cloud-native tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and calm handling of high-pressure incidents.
  • Clear incident reports and Cloud Operations playbooks.
  • Experience with services such as Load Balancers and cloud storage is preferred.

Responsabilités

  • Monitor public cloud infrastructure using observability tools.
  • Identify, triage, and respond to real-time alerts/incidents to minimize impact.
  • First-level troubleshooting of host failures, degraded services, latency issues.
  • Escalate to CloudOps, Network, or Security teams per runbooks.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and changes in ticketing systems.
  • Write and update operational playbooks for standard procedures.
  • Participate in post-incident reviews to identify root causes and fixes.
