Neotechie is seeking a NOC / Infrastructure Monitoring Engineer to monitor cloud and on-premises environments for enterprise clients. You will respond to alerts, manage incident response, and ensure high availability across infrastructure and applications.

You will maintain monitoring dashboards, thresholds, logs, and processes, collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and support teams, and contribute to post-incident reviews to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring cloud and on-prem infrastructure for enterprise clients.
• Ability to respond to alerts and manage incident response within SLA timelines.
• Familiarity with incident management workflows, escalation handling, and observability tooling.

Responsabilités

• Monitor infrastructure, applications, servers, and network health across client environments.
• Respond to alerts and initiate incident response procedures within defined SLA timelines.
• Escalate critical or complex incidents to L2/L3 teams with complete troubleshooting context.
• Maintain monitoring dashboards, alert thresholds, logs, and operational monitoring processes.
• Support root cause analysis and contribute to post incident review activities.
• Track infrastructure availability, uptime metrics, and operational performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and support teams to improve monitoring coverage and reliability.
• Troubleshoot monitoring alerts, system issues, and service disruptions across environments.
• Ensure operational documentation, escalation procedures, and monitoring standards are maintained.

Job Summary
