Job summary

Atlas Air Worldwide is seeking a Cloud Network Engineer to implement and optimize cloud infrastructure for scalable, secure operations. You will partner with cloud architects, DevOps, and IT teams to manage cloud platforms, IaC, and automation across a global network.

Travel to domestic and international locations may be required. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in network engineering, strong AWS networking experience, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to drive reliable, secure cloud

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering or network administration, with strong OS, networking, and storage fundamentals.
Proven expertise in AWS networking services and designing secure, scalable cloud network architectures.
Strong understanding of WAN, BGP, routing, VPNs, and hybrid cloud connectivity.

Responsibilities

Lead and implement cloud network designs, automation, and optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with cloud architects, DevOps, and IT teams to ensure secure, high-performance cloud environments.
Define and enforce implementation standards for cloud network engineering and operations.
Ensure timely escalation and resolution of incidents and problems through IT management.
