We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Network Engineer to support the design, implementation, and management of secure and scalable cloud networking solutions in AWS environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, networking technologies, security best practices, and troubleshooting complex network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud networking infrastructure.
- Configure and manage VPCs, subnets, route tables, NAT gateways, VPNs, Direct Connect, and Transit Gateway.
- Implement network security controls including Security Groups, NACLs, firewalls, and IAM policies.
- Monitor cloud network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize network architecture.
- Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams to support business requirements.
- Support hybrid cloud connectivity between on-premises and AWS environments.
- Automate network deployment and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness of cloud environments.
- Maintain documentation related to cloud network architecture, processes, and configurations.
- Follow security and compliance standards across cloud infrastructure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong hands‑on experience with AWS networking services.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, Route 53, ELB, CloudWatch, IAM, and Transit Gateway.
- Experience with cloud security and network monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, or other automation tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows server environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, Advanced Networking, or SysOps Administrator).
- Experience working in enterprise or multi-cloud environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD processes is a plus.
