Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer for the Materia AI initiative. You will design, develop, and evolve cloud-native platforms, mentor teams, and drive best practices across a fast-paced enterprise environment.

You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers, frontend developers, product managers, and SREs to deliver scalable, secure infrastructure that supports generative AI agents and orchestration systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in backend development, platform engineering, production engineering, or SRE.
• Experience building cloud-native platforms and production-grade services.
• Strong knowledge of container orchestration, networking, and security.
