Job summary

NetApp is seeking an experienced Cloud Marketplace Operations Program Manager to operate and scale our business across AWS Marketplace, Microsoft Azure Marketplace, and Google Cloud Marketplace among others. This role sits at the intersection of cloud commerce, Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.

You will own critical Marketplace operational processes, help resolve complex transaction and platform issues, and build scalable processes that make it easier for NetApp sellers,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud operations or related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve key operational processes across hyperscaler cloud marketplaces.
• Own the end-to-end Private Offer process and coordinate stakeholders to close deals quickly.
• Coach adjacent teams through process changes and capability rollouts.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on marketplace capabilities, integrations, APIs, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate initiatives across Sales, Alliances, Product, Engineering, Finance, Revenue Accounting, Procurement, and other stakeholders.
• Establish clear processes, documentation, controls, ownership, and escalation paths.
• Translate marketplace requirements into actionable business and technical requirements.
• Define and track operational metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead additional Cloud Operations programs as business priorities evolve.
