NetApp is seeking an experienced Cloud Marketplace Operations Program Manager to scale our presence across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud marketplaces. You will own key operational processes, drive end-to-end private offers, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance to remove bottlenecks.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, program management, or related field.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with business & technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve key operational processes across hyperscaler cloud marketplaces.
• Own the end-to-end Private Offer process and coordinate stakeholders to close deals timely.
• Support organizational growth by coaching adjacent teams through process changes.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on marketplace capabilities and integrations.
• Coordinate initiatives across Sales, Alliances, Product, Engineering, Finance and more.
• Define and track operational metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
