Job summary

iT1, a leading national technology solution provider based in Tempe, AZ, seeks a Senior Cloud Licensing Specialist to join our Consulting team. You will guide clients through pre-sales, post-sales, and ongoing CSP licensing needs and work closely with Sales, Billing, and Cloud Services.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Cloud Licensing & Services and offers exposure to top technology offerings while collaborating with top engineers across the country.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft cloud licensing experience
• In-depth knowledge of CSP Program and Microsoft 365/Azure
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Partner Center and cost management tools
• Translate licensing concepts into clear business terms
• Microsoft certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as cloud licensing SME on presales and calls; align licensing with client objectives
• Guide clients and sellers through CSP programs, licensing, and procurement steps
• Lead onboarding to CSP program; manage subscription provisioning and renewals
• Stay current on Microsoft licensing changes to support clients
