Job summary

Chameleon Integrated Services is hiring an IT & Cloud Support Analyst I for an AI Reliability team to support US government customers and drive reliability through processes and systems that deliver stability to our platforms.

You will use Jira, AWS, and Azure to provide IT support, serve as the primary contact for end-user issues, diagnose problems, manage user access, and track tickets to resolution in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

Qualifications

2 years of experience on a help desk, sysadmin, or DevOps role.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Familiarity with Jira Service Management, cloud infrastructure, and dashboards/logs.
Willingness to be onsite 5 days a week and work either a morning (6a-2p) or afternoon shift (2p-10p).

Responsibilities

Own the support queue as first point of contact and manage access/troubleshooting.
Run daily smoke tests and monitor channels, escalating incidents.
Create and update customer-facing technology documentation.
Collaborate with development to test as part of the product cycle.
Monitor cloud infrastructure and remediate issues.
Suggest and implement improvements to the environments.
Coordinate across teams to drive outcomes.
