Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, architectures and service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Basic cloud computing skills in at least one major platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL fundamentals).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer cloud infrastructure for enterprise shared services.
• Resolve incident tickets related to cloud services per SLA requirements.
• Monitor cloud resource utilization and report anomalies to senior engineers.
• Provide technical solutions to problems of basic scope and complexity.
• Assist in provisioning, configuring, and maintaining cloud resources.
• Document incident resolutions and contribute to the team knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer cloud infrastructure supporting enterprise shared services on a day-to-day basis
• Resolve incident tickets related to cloud services in accordance with SLA requirements
• Monitor cloud resource utilization and report anomalies to senior engineers
• Provide technical solutions to problems of basic scope and complexity involving one or two factors
• Assist in provisioning, configuring, and maintaining cloud resources per established procedures
• Document incident resolutions and contribute to the team knowledge base

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Basic cloud computing skills in at least one major platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL fundamentals)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
