Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a Manager of Cloud Infrastructure Services & Projects to lead a team responsible for coordinating, optimizing, and operating RTX cloud environments. You will manage a Cloud Systems Lead and Administrators, driving project delivery and compliance across enterprise teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive leadership, program management, and cloud technology experience, with strong governance and cross-functional collaboration skills to align with shared services roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience or 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and projects in enterprise cloud, infrastructure, or systems operations environments.
• Experience using ticketing/change management systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong documentation capabilities and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a Cloud Systems Administration team.
• Oversee cloud projects, migrations, deployments, and compliance efforts.
• Direct daily cloud operations, ensure security policies and standards are followed.
• Coordinate with leadership to align cloud initiatives with enterprise goals.
